CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-05 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEED FOR NEW BONDE RESERVOIR <br /> DRAIN LINE PURPOSES FROM ROBERT E. GROVE AND PAMELA R. <br /> GROVE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an easement deed from Robert <br /> E. Grove and Pamela R. Grove to the City of Pleasanton, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, for purposes of a New Bonde <br /> Reservoir drain line; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 6, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 87:04) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The Easement Deed from Robert E. Grove and Pamela R. <br /> Grove to the City of Pleasanton for an easement for the <br /> New Bonde Reservoir drain line is hereby accepted and <br /> the appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~- ~ <br /> , MAYOR <br /> <br />/~'ames R.'Walker, icy Clerk <br /> By Doris George, ~eputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
