PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1373 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-26. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Frank Pozar for a condi- <br />tional use permit to establish offices to be <br />located within a proposed building to be <br />located on the northwest corner of Hopyard <br />Road and West Las Positas Boulevard, in a <br />C-N (Commercial Neighborhood) District, has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public <br />hearing on this application and has examined <br />pertinent maps, drawings and documents, and <br />has made the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the condi- <br />tional use permit is in accord with the ob- <br />jectives of this chapter and the purposes of <br />the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use permit and the conditions under <br />which it would be operated or maintained will <br />not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare, or materially injurious to <br />the properties or improvements in the vicinit <br />C. That the proposed <br />comply with each of the <br />of this chapter. <br />conditional use will <br />applicable provisions <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />hereby approves UP-75-26, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That approval of this case is subject to <br />the approval of Cases V-75-18, and Z-75-134 <br />and all conditions attached thereto. <br />2. That any damage <br />now existing or done <br />the subject site, be <br />to the developer. <br />to street imrprovements <br />during construction on <br />repaired at full expense <br />3. That the developer submit a site devel- <br />opment plan in accordance with the Ordinance <br />Survey (Article 3, Chpater 3, Title II) and <br />that these plans be approved by the Director <br />of Engineering Services prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />4. That the site development plan include <br />all required information to design and con- <br />struct site grading, paving and drainage. <br />
