PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> RESOLUTION No. 1375 <br /> A RESOLUTION DENYING TENTATIVE TRACT <br /> MAP 3606, 4JOODTHRUSH <br />WIIEREAS, Morrison Homes, Inc., submitted Tentative <br /> Tract Map No. 3606 on February 14, 1975, <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes, Inc., agreed to waive the <br /> time limit on hearing tentative map appli- <br /> cations so an environmental impact report <br /> could be prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, a Final EIR has been prepared and certified <br /> by this Planning Commission to be in compli- <br /> ance with the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act of 1970 and the State Environmental <br /> Guidelines promulgated by the Secretary for <br /> Resources of the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, this Planning Commission has reviewed and <br /> considered the information in the EIR, and <br />WHEREAS, the EIR and this Planning Commission have <br /> found that there are significant environ- <br /> mental impacts associated with this project, <br /> said effects being incremental effects upon <br /> air quality degradation and the overtaxing <br /> of the antiquated Sunol Sewage Treatment <br /> Plant; and <br />WHEREAS, there currently exists a cease and desist <br /> order applicable to the Sunol Treatment <br /> Plant which prohibits new sewer connections; <br /> and <br />WHEREAS, Section 66474.6 of the Government Code states <br /> that a tentative map may be disapproved if <br /> the discharge of waste from the proposed <br /> subdivision would result in violation of <br /> existing requirements of the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Determines, pursuant to Section 66474.6 <br />of the Government Code, that the discharge <br />of waste from this proposed subdivision <br />would result in a violation of Cease and <br />Desist Order No. 75-14 of the Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board, San Francisco Bay <br />Region, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />as Exhibit B, incorporated by reference. <br />2. Determines that the conclusion set <br />forth. in Section 1 is in conformance with <br />
