which would ensure that the development of the City of <br />Pleasanton from 1976 thru 1996 will be achieved in a <br />logical, sequential manner, recognizing that the initial <br />years of development may be affected by limitations upon <br />the City's flexibility due to provisions of the <br />November 8, 1972 settlement agreement. This allocation <br />system should attempt to provide for a mixture of resi- <br />dential, commercial and industrial growth within the nex <br />20 years and, as far as feasible, endeavor to advise <br />property owners of the potential time table within which <br />ultimate development of their property may be contem- <br />plated. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 29th day of October, 1975, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Doherty, Carrigan, <br />Shepherd and Chairman Wood <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Commissioner Butler <br />Abstain: None <br />Attest: Secretary Harris <br />Date: October 29, 1975 <br />Attest: Uv ~~ <br />Robert J.
