PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1380 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON INITIATING THE AMENDMENT <br />OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />TO INCLUDE "SWIMMING POOL SALES AND SERVICE" <br />AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-F (COMMERCIAL <br />FREEWAY) ZONE. <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that swimming pool sales <br />and service uses are consistent with the purpses of the C-F <br />zone in that such uses require large areas that need not be <br />near other commercial uses and such uses require proximity to <br />(freeway access. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOL~IES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby initiates an <br />amendment to Section 2-7.08(a) of Article 8 (C-Commercial Dis- <br />trict), Chapter 2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development) <br />of the Ordinance Code to include "swimming pool sales and <br />service" as a conditional use in the C-F zone. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that <br />.he City Council of the City of Pleasanton adopt said amendment. <br />Section 3.
