CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-04 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEED FOR NEW BONDE RESERVOIR <br /> DRAIN LINE PURPOSES FROM GREY EAGLE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of an easement deed from Grey <br /> Eagle, a joint venture, to the City of Pleasanton, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference, for purposes of a New Bonde Reservoir <br /> drain line; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 6, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities (SR 87-05) indicating that the acceptance of <br /> this deed is in the public interest; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The Easement Deed from Grey Eagle, a Joint Venture, <br /> to the City of Pleasanton for an easement for the New <br /> Bonde Reservoir drain line is hereby accepted and the <br /> appropriate City officers are instructed to take <br /> whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br /> ATTEST: - <br /> K .
