No deliveries to or pick-ups from the resi- <br />dence shall be made in connection with a <br />Home Occupation, except those made by the <br />permittee. <br />j. A Home Occupation shall not create pedestrian <br />• or vehicular traffic in excess of the normal. <br />" amount in the district and no vehicle ex- <br />ceeding 3/4 ton in size shall be used in <br />conjunction with a Home Occupation. <br />k. The residence address shall not be used in <br />any advertising done in conjunction with a <br />~' Home Occupation. <br />§2-2.2002 Zoning Certificate Required. Application <br />for a zoning certificate for a home Occupa- <br />tion shall be made to the Zoning Administra- <br />for on a form supplied by the City. The <br />Zoning Administrator shall issue a certifi- <br />• Cate upon determining that the proposed Home <br />Occupation meets all of the requirements of <br />this article. The zoning certificate shall <br />become void one year following the date on <br />which it was issued and the Home Occupation <br />shall be removed, unless the certificate is <br />renewed prior to expiration. Pre-existing <br />Home Occupations shall require zoning cer- <br />~' tificates after one year from the effective <br />date of Ordinance No. 520. <br />§2-2.2003. Planning Commission Review. The Plahning <br />Commission may review any decision made by <br />the Zoning Administrator in conjunction with <br />a Home Occupation. Such review may be either <br />at the request of the Planning Commission, <br />the Zoning Administrator, the applicant, or <br />other aggrieved party in the form of an appeal.. <br />An appeal to the Planning Commission shall <br />be as prescribed in §2-5.10 (Appeal to Board <br />of Adjustment, City Planning Commission or <br />City Council). <br />§2-2.2004. Modification of P.eauired Conditions. The <br />Planning Commission in approving an applica- <br />tion may impose additional conditions or may <br />modify any of the conditions required in <br />§2-2.2001 if it determines that such addi- <br />tional conditions or modifications will not <br />be detrimental to and will promote the public <br />health, safety or general welfare. <br />-2- <br />~: <br /> <br />
