PLANNING CO"~IP4ISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1383 <br />A RESOLUTION OF ^t HE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOM1tilENDING TO THE <br />CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF RZ-75-5. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Spivak Properties to rezone <br />from the A (Agricultural) District to the C-C (Central Commercial <br />District and P (Public and Institutional) District that approxi- <br />mate 5.2 acre parcel of land located immediately east of Hopyard <br />Road and northeast of the First National Bank of Pleasanton <br />drive-in facility, has come before this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br />on this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents; and <br />bVHEREAS, it has been determined that it is appropriate that <br />this parcel be brought into conformity with the General Plan; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this proposed amendment will be in the public <br />interest, general welfare and would create a more equitable <br />condition for the community than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOL4S: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the <br />City Council the adoption of said rezoning amendment of that <br />5.2 acres of land located immediately east of Hopyard Road and <br />northeast of the First National Bank of Pleasanton drive-in <br />facility as follows: <br />The western approximately two-thirds of the property <br />designated as C°C District, with the eastern approxi- <br />mately one-third designated as P District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately <br />upon passage and adoption. <br />
