PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1385 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF GP-75-6. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Ted Myers for a general <br />plan amendment to change the land use designation for approxi- <br />mately 2.2 acres located between the Valley Plaza commercial <br />complex and the E1 Rancho Motel on the west side of Santa <br />Rita Road, has come before this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, said request is to change the designation from <br />Medium Density Residential to Retail Business and Offices; and <br />LVHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hear- <br />ing on this application and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that this proposed <br />amendment will be in the public interest, general welfare <br />and would create a more equitable condition for the community <br />than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends <br />to the City Council the adoption of said amendment as petitione <br />Section 2.
