PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION NO. 1386 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF RZ-75-16. WHEREAS, the application of the Planning Commission to rezone from the S (Study) and R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) Districts to the A (Agricultural) District that approximate 32 acres located south of Angela Street, west of Mirador Drive, north of Pico Avenue and east of Whiting Street, has come before this Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing qn this application and has examined pertinent maps, drawings and documents; and WHEREAS, this proposed amendment will be in the public interest, general welfare, would create a more equitable con- dition for the community than now prevails, and would be con- sistent with the proposed revision to the general plan. NOW., THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council the adoption of said rezoning amendment of that 32 acres located south of Angela Street, west of Mirador Drive, north of Pico Avenue and east of Whiting Street, from S (Study) and R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) Districts to the A (Agricultural) District. Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon passage and adoption.
