PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1387 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTOPd APPROVING AP-75-14. <br />WHEREAS, the appeal of 2~4ichael E. Roberts to a denial <br />of the Zoning Administrator to conduct a janitorial business <br />from his place of residence at 8087 Arroyo Drive #1 has come <br />before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned for residential, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a hearing on this application and has reviewed per- <br />tinent maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby approves the <br />appeal of Mr. Roberts subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That all materials, supplies and equipment used in <br />the business be stored in a small truck which may <br />be kept at the residence. <br />2. That the activities carried out at said address <br />in connection with the business be limited to <br />bookkeeping and phone use only. <br />3. That the property address not be contained in <br />any advertising done for the business. <br />4. That no customers come to the property in con- <br />nection with the business. <br />5. That no additional traffic of any type be generated <br />in connection with the business. <br />6. That this application be granted for a period of <br />one year from the date of this letter and at that <br />time you either cease operation or reapply to the <br />city for extension of the home occupation. <br />7. That except as modified by paragraphs 1 through 6 <br />above, all regulations enumerated in Section 2-10.17, <br />Article 20, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br />
