PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1390 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />APPROVING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS TO DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL GIVEN <br />TO Z-75-20, UNDER RESOLUTION NO. R-7S-11, ON MARCH 20, 1975. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has reviewed <br />a request of Pleasanton Garbage Company for minor modifications to approved <br />site plan and elevations for their facility at 3110 Busch Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing on this request <br />and has reviewed pertinent maps, drawings and documents; and <br />WHEREAS, the modifications proposed are consistent with the purposes <br />of Section 2-10.04 of Article 19, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OP THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission hereby approves the requested <br />modifications noted in the elevations and site plan dated January 14, 1976, <br />on file with the Planning Department and in the minutes of the meeting of <br />that same date. <br />Section 2.
