PLANNING COMMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1398 <br />A RESOLUTION CREATING AN AD HOC COMMITTEE <br />TO INVESTIGATE THE BOAT AND TRAILER STORAGE <br />AREA, STONE RIDGE TOWNHOUSES. <br />WHEREAS, a conflict in the maps and records of the <br />Stoneridge Townhouse PUD and Subdivision appears to exist; and <br />WHEREAS, there is substantial community concern over the <br />esign and siting of the proposed boat yard; and <br />WHEREAS, it became evident during the public discussion of <br />he matter at the March 10, 1976 Planning Commission meeting <br />hat a committee might be helpful in devising a solution to the <br />roblems and questions relating to the boat and trailer yard. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THF. PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />LEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. An Ad Hoc Committee shall be formed to in- <br />estigate the problems and possible solutions to the "boat and <br />railer yard" controversy. <br />Section 2. The committee shall consist of one represen- <br />tive each from the Commission, applicant, planning staff, <br />wnhouse residents and single-family homeowners group. <br />Section 3. The committee shall report to the Planning <br />mmission prior to the City Council meeting at which rezoning <br />plication RZ-76-2 will be considered if case RZ-76-2 is <br />pealed to the City Council. <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission shall review the <br />ndings and recommendations of the Ad Hoc Committee and report <br />o the City Council on the problem and possible solutions prior <br />o the consideration by the Council of RZ-76-2. <br />Section 5. This resolution shall become effective imme- <br />iately upon passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the <br />
