PLANNING COMMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION N0. 1398 A RESOLUTION CREATING AN AD HOC COMMITTEE TO INVESTIGATE THE BOAT AND TRAILER STORAGE AREA, STONE RIDGE TOWNHOUSES. WHEREAS, a conflict in the maps and records of the Stoneridge Townhouse PUD and Subdivision appears to exist; and WHEREAS, there is substantial community concern over the esign and siting of the proposed boat yard; and WHEREAS, it became evident during the public discussion of he matter at the March 10, 1976 Planning Commission meeting hat a committee might be helpful in devising a solution to the roblems and questions relating to the boat and trailer yard. NOW, THEREFORE, THF. PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. An Ad Hoc Committee shall be formed to in- estigate the problems and possible solutions to the "boat and railer yard" controversy. Section 2. The committee shall consist of one represen- tive each from the Commission, applicant, planning staff, wnhouse residents and single-family homeowners group. Section 3. The committee shall report to the Planning mmission prior to the City Council meeting at which rezoning plication RZ-76-2 will be considered if case RZ-76-2 is pealed to the City Council. Section 4. The Planning Commission shall review the ndings and recommendations of the Ad Hoc Committee and report o the City Council on the problem and possible solutions prior o the consideration by the Council of RZ-76-2.
