PLANdING C(kIl+IISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1100 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Merrill Grotenhuis for <br />design review for proposed design changes <br />to an approved plan for a tri-plex located <br />at 5596-98 Sonoma Drive and 5600 San Luis <br />Court, Mission Park, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Z-71-27 be approved subject to <br />the following conditions and statement: <br />1. That the garage door design be changed <br />to vertical siding to match the siding of <br />the building. <br />2. That the proposed additional walkway <br />be approved. <br />3.
