PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION 1101 WHEREAS, the application of Stoneson Construction Corporation for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of a Townhouse Model Home Complex and Sales Office for Tract 3150, approved P.U.D. located south of Stoneridge Drive and east of Spring- dale Avenue, Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Conditional Use Permit be approved subject to the follow- ing conditions: 1. That all off-site improvement at such time as the model complex is removed shall comply with all the requirements as im- posed by the P.U.D. and the Public Works Department. 2. That all proposed model residences shall revert back to the single-family resident and shall be subject to a final inspection by the Building Department. 3. Areas presently encroaching over the public right-of-way or overlapping future property lines at such time as the com- plex reverts to single-family dwellings, shall be removed to comply with the im- posed P.U.D. requirements. 4. That the temporary sales office at such time as the complex reverts to single- family dwellings shall be removed and the area of its location shall comply with the imposed P.U.D. requirements for this Tract according to the approved final develop- ment plan. 5. That the architectural treatments of the models be in accordance with the ap- proved design imposed by the P.U.D. re- quirements.
