PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION 1101 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Stoneson Construction <br />Corporation for a Conditional Use Permit <br />to allow the construction of a Townhouse <br />Model Home Complex and Sales Office for <br />Tract 3150, approved P.U.D. located south <br />of Stoneridge Drive and east of Spring- <br />dale Avenue, Pleasanton, has come before <br />this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Conditional Use <br />Permit be approved subject to the follow- <br />ing conditions: <br />1. That all off-site improvement at such <br />time as the model complex is removed shall <br />comply with all the requirements as im- <br />posed by the P.U.D. and the Public Works <br />Department. <br />2. That all proposed model residences <br />shall revert back to the single-family <br />resident and shall be subject to a final <br />inspection by the Building Department. <br />3. Areas presently encroaching over the <br />public right-of-way or overlapping future <br />property lines at such time as the com- <br />plex reverts to single-family dwellings, <br />shall be removed to comply with the im- <br />posed P.U.D. requirements. <br />4. That the temporary sales office at <br />such time as the complex reverts to single- <br />family dwellings shall be removed and the <br />area of its location shall comply with the <br />imposed P.U.D. requirements for this Tract <br />according to the approved final develop- <br />ment plan. <br />5.
