PLANNING COb!LMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1103 <br />P.S, the application of Toups Engineering, Inc. on <br />behalf of Amador Valley Investors for approval of <br />Tentative Tract Map 3335, consisting of seven six- <br />unit apartment buildings to be converted to <br />condominium units for individual sale, generally <br />located in Pleasanton Meadows, has come before <br />this Commission, <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Tentative Tract 3335 be <br />approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant file said tract to be <br />processed through the subdivision procedures. <br />2. That the applicant provide park dedication <br />fees, if any, as determined by the Parks and <br />Recreation Department. <br />3.
