PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1104 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton recommending to the City Council that <br />Section 2-9.16 (3 f) be amended to require that six <br />spaces per doctor or one space per 150 square feet <br />of gross floor area be required. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered 1ts.own resolution of intention to <br />modify Section 2-9.16(3f), and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this amendment and has <br />examined pertinent documents and testimony and finds <br />that one or more of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton now hereby recommends to the City Council <br />that Section 2-9.16(3f) be amended to require that <br />medical facilities shall provide six spaces for each <br />doctor or one space for 150 square feet of gross <br />floor area. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Coffisission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 13th day of July, 1971, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Hirst <br /> Commissioner Pereira <br /> Commissioner Pons <br /> Commissioner Wood <br /> Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: July 13, 1971 <br />Attest: <br />~ . <br />o J.
