PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 11 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Amador Valley Joint Union <br />High School District for a Conditional Use <br />Permit to allow High School facilities to be <br />constructed adjacent to Tract 3102 and west of <br />Interstate ~I680, with frontage along Foothill <br />Road has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that UP-71-20 be approved <br />subject to the following condition: <br />1.
