PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1107 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending to the City <br />Council the adoption of Chapter 10 relating to <br />the preservation of trees on private property. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has considered a proposed ordinance to include <br />Chapter 10 relating to the preservation of trees <br />on private property, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this proposed ordinanc <br />and has examined pertinent documents and testimony <br />and finds that one or more of the following <br />conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed ordinance will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan. <br />2. That the proposed ordinance is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3.
