PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO_ 1109 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Costanzo-Wilson Investors <br />for approval of a Conditional Use Permit to <br />allow the construction of a model home complex <br />to be located on lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Tract <br />2573, Mission Park, Unit 5, Pleasanton has come <br />before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71-21 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That all off-site improvement at such time <br />as the model complex is removed shall comply <br />with all the requirements as imposed by the <br />approved subdivision. <br />2. That all proposed model residences shall <br />revert back to the single-family residences and <br />shall be subject to a final inspection by the <br />Building Department. <br />3. Areas presently encroaching over the public <br />right-of-way or overlapping future property lines <br />at such time as the complex reverts to single-- <br />family dwellings shall be removed to comply with <br />the imposed subdivision requirements. <br />4. That the temporary sales office at such time <br />as the complex reverts to single-family dwellings <br />shall be removed and the area reverted to a garage <br />prior to issuance of final occupancy. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of August, 1971, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Pons, Wood, <br />Pereira and Chairman Garrigan <br />Commissioner Hirst <br />Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 10, 1971 <br />Attest: <br />H rd T.
