PLANNING COMBIISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1110 <br />WHEREAS, the request of Stoneson Development Company for <br />a change in exterior finish for the Stoneridge <br />Townhouse P.U.D.-69-5, Tract 3150, has come <br />before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission <br />hereby denies the use of composition shingles <br />for said project and hereby reaffirms its <br />previous approval that wood shake roof materials <br />be installed on said development. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of August, 1971, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pons, <br />Pereira, Wood, and Chairman <br />Garrigan. <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1111 <br />WHEREAS, the request of Stoneson Development Company for <br />a change in siding materials has come before this <br />Commission , <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the stucco exterior be per- <br />mitted as per Exhibit A submitted and recommended <br />by the staff. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 10th day of August, 1971, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Pereira, Pons, <br />and Chairman Garrigan. <br />Commissioners Hirst and Wood <br />Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 10, 1971 <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Howard T. arrigan, hairman <br />
