PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1114 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton denying PUD-70-2. <br />REAS, the application of the Tecton Company for <br />development plan review for PUD-70-2, a residential <br />development consisting of multiple and single-family <br />units. Said development to be located on property <br />described as parcel 5-13, Block 2577, Book 946 of <br />the Alameda County Assessor's office, containing <br />51.8 acres more or less. Property generally <br />located on the east side of Sunol Boulevard and <br />north of the mission Park development, has come <br />before this Commission, and, <br />REAS, said Commission has held a Public Hearing on <br />this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and finds that one or more <br />of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be contrary <br />to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in the <br />public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a less <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby denies said proposal <br />as petitioned. <br />?ASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 24th day of August, 1971, by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: Commissioner Hirst <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />e: August 24, 1971 <br />test: <br /> <br />
