PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1115 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving RZ-71-8. <br />REAS, the application of the Housing Authority of the <br />City of Pleasanton to rezone from the R-1-6500 <br />(Single-family) District to the RM-2500 (Multiple) <br />District that property described as a portion <br />of Parcel 4, B1•ock 60 Alameda County Assessor's <br />Map, Book number 94 containing 3.3 acres more or <br />less, or more commonly known as a portion of the <br />Kottinger Village Housing Complex, and, <br />2EAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this proposed <br />ordinance and has examined pertinent documents <br />and testimony and finds that one or more of the <br />following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community than now <br />prevails. <br />TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves RZ-71-8 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the revenue to be obtained from the <br />sale of said property be applied toward the <br />improvement of the proposed Kottinger Park site. <br />SED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 24th day of August, 1971, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />ate: August 24, 1971 <br />test: <br />
