PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1117 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton denying Tentative Tract Map <br />3346. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Tecton Company for <br />Tentative Map 3346 to be located on property <br />described as Parcel 5-13, Block 2577, Book <br />296 of the Alameda County Assessor's Office, <br />containing 51.8 acres more or less, has come <br />before this Commission; and, <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has set a public hearing on <br />this petition and has examined the pertinent <br />maps, drawings, and documents and finds that <br />one or more of the following conditions to <br />exist: <br />1. That the proposed subdivision will be contr <br />to the spirit and the general plan. <br />2. That the proposed subdivision is not in the <br />public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed subdivision creates a less <br />equitable condition for the Community that now <br />prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby denies Tentative <br />Tract Map 3346. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 24th day of August, 1971 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst <br />Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Garrig <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: August 24, 1971 <br />Attest: <br />j ~ i <br />Ri ar o J.
