PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1118 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-71-22 <br />the application of Hope R. Ames for a condi- <br />tional use permit for a home occupation to allow <br />the operation of a nonprofit pre-school for a <br />maximum of four (4) children at 2539 Willowren <br />Way, Pleasanton, in an R-1-6500 (Single-family) <br />District has come before this Commission, and, <br />the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a public hearing on this petition and <br />has examined the pertinent maps, drawings, and <br />documents and finds that one or more of the <br />following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will not be <br />contrary to the spirit and intent of the general <br />plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is in the public <br />interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a more <br />equitable condition for the community then now <br />prevails. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby approves UP-71-22 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the maximum amount of children be limited <br />to four (4) at any given time. <br />2. That the hours of operation be from 9:00 A.M. <br />tO 1:30 P.M. <br />3. That the days of operation be restricted to <br />Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. <br />4. That no identification or advertising signs <br />be permitted on the premises. <br />SED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 28th day of September, 1971, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Acting Secretary Aiello <br />September 28, 1971 <br />,.. <br />~ ~. ~; <br />/ V 1.
