PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION NO. 1118 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving UP-71-22 the application of Hope R. Ames for a condi- tional use permit for a home occupation to allow the operation of a nonprofit pre-school for a maximum of four (4) children at 2539 Willowren Way, Pleasanton, in an R-1-6500 (Single-family) District has come before this Commission, and, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this petition and has examined the pertinent maps, drawings, and documents and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will not be contrary to the spirit and intent of the general plan. 2. That the proposed amendment is in the public interest and general welfare. 3. That the proposed amendment creates a more equitable condition for the community then now prevails. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves UP-71-22 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the maximum amount of children be limited to four (4) at any given time. 2. That the hours of operation be from 9:00 A.M. tO 1:30 P.M. 3. That the days of operation be restricted to Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. 4. That no identification or advertising signs be permitted on the premises.
