PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1120 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving V-71-15. <br />AS, the application of Dr. Howard Long for a variance <br />to allow a reduction in the parking requirements <br />of the ordinance to one car per four units in the <br />Senior Citizens portion of a Multiple complex to <br />be located at 3837 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />said Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />proposed variance and has examined pertinent maps, <br />documents and testimony and finds that the followi <br />condition does exist: <br />1. That the number of senior citizens residents <br />owning cars will be minimal and will not merit <br />the number of parking spaces required by ordinance. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of th <br />City of Pleasanton hereby approves V-71-15 to <br />allow one space per four units for the Senior <br />Citizen portion of a multiple project to be <br />located at 3837 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />SED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 12th day of October, 1971 by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />1971 <br />
