PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1121 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton approving V-71-16. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Dr. Howard Long for a variance <br />to allow the elimination of all the required <br />covered parking for a multiple complex to be <br />located at 3837 Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, said Commission has held a public hearing on the <br />proposed variance and has examined pertinent maps, <br />documents and testimony and finds that the <br />following condition does exist: <br />1. That covered parking will be unnecessary <br />due to the number of automobiles owned by low <br />and moderate income families, therefore affording <br />this added expense to be used for more desirable <br />improvements within the project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that V-71-16 be approved. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 12th day of October, 1971, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pons and Wood <br />Noes: Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: Commissioner Pereira <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />DATE <br />Attes <br />12, 1971 <br />secre <br />
