PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1127 <br />A resolution of intent of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Pleasanton to <br />amend the Zoning Ordinance. <br />REAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton is of the opinion the Zoning <br />Ordinance should be amended in order to <br />provide a separate catagory to distinguish <br />between owned and rental multiple areas, <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby enters a <br />resolution of intent to initiate public <br />hearings regarding said proposed amendment <br />as it pertains to the development of multi- <br />ple lands for rental projects or ownership <br />single-family projects. <br />iED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 26th day of October, 1971 <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />October 26, 1971 <br />ttest: <br />i i <br />stro,~ Secretary ~I~oward T.
