PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1135 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-71-27. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Rodney E. Busk and <br /> Raymond E. Hanson for a conditional use <br /> permit to allow mobile homes to be displayed <br /> as models at the Vineyard Mobile Estates <br /> mobile home park has come before this <br /> Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br /> this proposed conditional use permit and <br /> has examined pertinent drawings, documents <br /> and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that UP-71-27 be approved subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br />1. That this approval will be for a period <br />of six months, ending May 9, 1972. <br />2.
