PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1137 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending approval <br />of Z-71-108. <br />WHEREAS, the application of John Wallace and Peggy <br />Plato for site plan, landscaping and <br />architectural review to allow the construction <br />of a four-plex on Lot 1, Tract 2547, has <br />come before this Coausission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review certain <br />drawings, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton, although initially recommending <br />approval for said application, hereby concludes <br />with a recommendation for denial as noted on th <br />final vote. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of November, 1971, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioner Wood <br />Noes: Commissioners Hirst and Pons <br />Absent: Commissioner Pereira <br />Abstain: Chairman Garrigan <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />DATE: November 9, 1971 <br />ATTEST: <br />r~~ ~ i;' <br />Rica do tro, Secretary Howard T.
