PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1138 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving a five <br />foot setback for the frontage fence from <br />Vineyard Avenue. <br />to relocate the frontage fence for Hacienda <br />Mobile Home Park, 3231 Vineyard Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, has come before this Commission, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has examined <br />pertinent drawings, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that approval of said recuest <br />is hereby recommended subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the construction <br />shall be as per previous <br />and shall be constructed <br />from property line. <br />2.
