PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1144 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving <br />UP-71-28. <br />WHEREAS, the application of the Pleasanton Joint <br />School District for a conditional use <br />permit to allow the construction of an <br />elementary school on the property commonly <br />known as the Fairlands School site located <br />on West Las Positas Boulevard opposite <br />Suffolk Way, Pleasanton, has come before <br />this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that UP-71-28 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the applicant adhere to the <br />recommendations of the Public Works <br />Department. <br />2. That the School District construct <br />a left-turn lane on West Las Positas <br />Boulevard at Suffolk Way in conjunction <br />with this school development. <br />3. That the School District, through <br />their architects, submit a detailed <br />drainage plan with calculations to <br />demonstrate that their minor storm drain <br />connection at the westerly end of the <br />street frontage has not been overloaded <br />by the area drained through it. <br />4. That any sidewalk or curb and gutter <br />that is now broken or which is broken <br />during construction be repaired to City <br />standards. <br />5. That all driveways and parking areas <br />be paved with a minimum of 2 inches A.C. <br />over 5 inches A.B. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 14th day of December, <br />1971, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira <br />Pons, Wood and Chairman <br />Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />
