PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 1149 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission <br /> of the City of Pleasanton recommending <br /> denial of V-71-31. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Murco Development, <br /> Inc., for a variance to allow a reduc- <br /> tion in the depth of the required <br /> carports from 20 ft. to 18 ft. for a <br /> multiple complex located at the <br /> southwest corner of Mohr Avenue and <br /> Santa Rita Road, Pleasanton, has come <br /> before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hold a <br /> public hearing on this petition and <br /> examined the pertinent documents and <br /> testimony, and found that the following <br /> condition does exist: <br /> 1. Plans approved by the Design Review <br /> Board specified that all carports shall <br /> have a minimum coverage of 20 ft. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br /> the City of Pleasanton hereby recommends <br /> denial of said application, with the <br /> further condition that prior to <br /> constructing the add-on panel, staff <br /> approval by the Planning Division will be <br /> required before proceeding with the entire <br /> project. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on the 11th day of January, <br /> 1972, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, <br /> Pons, Wood and Chairman <br /> Carrigan <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Attest: Secretary Castro <br />
