10. That the applicant adhere to the conditions <br />set forth in the tentative map and PUD approval. <br />11. That the applicant adhere to the submitted <br />development plan for the Garden Court Homes. <br />12. That all pitched roof material shall be <br />cedar shakes. <br />13. That all house numbers be illuminated. <br />14. That the City Attorney is to review and <br />approve the homeowners association charter <br />and by-laws, which will include control of <br />exterior painting. <br />15. That an adequate pathway along Santa Rita <br />Road be provided for the use of school children, <br />to be completed during Phase I construction <br />and with the approval of the City Engineer. <br />16.
