PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1155 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving RZ-71-11 <br />modified with a PUD procedure. <br />WHEREAS, the application of San Ramon Village Company <br />for RZ-71-11, to rezone from the I-G-3 ac. <br />(General Industry, minimum lot size - 3 ac.) <br />to the I-G-40,000 (General Industry, minimum <br />lot size - 40,000 sq.ft.), that property <br />described as Parcel 6, 14-2, and a portion of <br />Parcel 4 of Alameda County Assessor's Book <br />No. 914, Block 1301, or more commonly known <br />as the San Ramon Village Company Industrial <br />Property, in the southwest quadrant of <br />Interstate 580 and Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, <br />has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear pertinent <br />testimony and reviewed certain maps and <br />documents, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission modified this appli- <br />cation from the I-G-3 ac. minimum to the <br />PUD I-G-40,000 sq.ft. lot minimum. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that RZ-71-11 modified to PUD <br />I-G-40,000 sq.ft. lot minimum be approved, <br />with the following conditions: <br />1. That lot sizes and descriptions shall <br />be as noted on Tentative Map 3352, labeled <br />Exhibit A. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of January, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: <br />Commissioners Hirst, Wood <br />and Vice Chairman Pons <br />Commissioner Pereira and <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Secretary Castro <br />Gene Pons, Vice C airman <br />
