18. That the intersections of Stoneridge Drive <br />with Street "B", Street "A" with Street "C" <br />with Johnson Industrial Drive be redesigned <br />to provide right angle intersections, and that <br />the right angles be straightened in the inter- <br />sections of Street "A" with Street "C" and <br />Street "C" with Johnson Industrial Drive. <br />19. That the standard cross-section for Street <br />"A", "B", "E" and "D" shall be as noted on <br />the map labeled Exhibit A. <br />20. That on-street parking shall be prohibited <br />along both sides of all streets within this <br />tract. <br />21. That the developer pay to the City one-half <br />the estimated cost of constructing a box culvert <br />where Street "A" crosses channel "G" plus <br />one-half of the estimated street cost for this <br />channel crossing. Payment is to be made at <br />such time as a final map is filed for the <br />Street "A" stub to the channel. <br />22. That there shall be no on-street parking on <br />the west side of Hopyard Road. <br />23. That the spacing between driveways or <br />between a driveway and street intersection <br />shall be a minimum of 400 feet on Hopyard Road. <br />24. That there shall be no on-street parking <br />on Stoneridge Drive. <br />25. That the building's setback line shall be <br />measured from the road right-of-way and said <br />setback for both frontyard and corner roads <br />shall be a minimum of 40 feet, except those <br />lots fronting on Hopyard Road shall have a <br />minimum building setback of 50 feet. If <br />parking is requested along the frontyard set- <br />back, there shall be a minimum of 25 feet of <br />landscaping along said frontyard setback. <br />26. That all sideyards shall comply with the <br />minimum standards as defined in Ordinance No.520. <br />27. That all rear yard requirements shall <br />comply with the minimum standards as defined <br />in Ordinance No. 520. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of January, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Wood <br />and Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Commissioner Pereira and <br />Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />-3- <br />
