18. That the intersections of Stoneridge Drive with Street "B", Street "A" with Street "C" with Johnson Industrial Drive be redesigned to provide right angle intersections, and that the right angles be straightened in the inter- sections of Street "A" with Street "C" and Street "C" with Johnson Industrial Drive. 19. That the standard cross-section for Street "A", "B", "E" and "D" shall be as noted on the map labeled Exhibit A. 20. That on-street parking shall be prohibited along both sides of all streets within this tract. 21. That the developer pay to the City one-half the estimated cost of constructing a box culvert where Street "A" crosses channel "G" plus one-half of the estimated street cost for this channel crossing. Payment is to be made at such time as a final map is filed for the Street "A" stub to the channel. 22. That there shall be no on-street parking on the west side of Hopyard Road. 23. That the spacing between driveways or between a driveway and street intersection shall be a minimum of 400 feet on Hopyard Road. 24. That there shall be no on-street parking on Stoneridge Drive. 25. That the building's setback line shall be measured from the road right-of-way and said setback for both frontyard and corner roads shall be a minimum of 40 feet, except those lots fronting on Hopyard Road shall have a minimum building setback of 50 feet. If parking is requested along the frontyard set- back, there shall be a minimum of 25 feet of landscaping along said frontyard setback. 26. That all sideyards shall comply with the minimum standards as defined in Ordinance No.520. 27. That all rear yard requirements shall comply with the minimum standards as defined in Ordinance No. 520.
