PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1166 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton reaffirming its previous <br />land use recommendation regarding the property <br />located at Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its regular meeting of <br />February 28, 1972, removed the area located at <br />Foothill Road and Bernal Avenue from the S (Study) <br />District, and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council thereby referred to the Planning <br />Commission a recommendation to zone said property <br />R-1-6500 Medium Density Single-Family, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, <br />at its regular meeting of March 14, 1972, did <br />review said recommendation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton reaffirms its original recommendation <br />regarding the zoning of said property and hereby <br />recommends to the City Council the following land <br />use designation:. <br />1. 5.80 acres C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District <br />2. 1 acre 0 (Office) District <br />3. 11.36 acres RM-2500 (Multiple-Family) District <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on <br />the 14th day of March, 1972, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, Wood <br />and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: March 14, 1972 <br />o J.
