PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1163 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-72-1. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Gordon E. Schreiber for <br />a conditional use permit to allow a change <br />of use from a cycle repair shop to a plumbing <br />repair shop at 4301 Valley Avenue, Pleasanton, <br />in a C-S (Commercial Service) District, has <br />come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton did review certain documents and <br />testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton hereby approves <br />UP-72-1, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the use be granted for the same <br />period of time set forth by the Commission <br />for Arrow Rentals - six months commencing <br />February 8, 1972 and ending August 8, 1972. <br />2.
