PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1172 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-71-26. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Robert H. Lee and Associ- <br />ates for a Conditional Use Permit to allow <br />the construction of a Texaco Service Station <br />to be located on the northeast corner of <br />Sunol Boulevard and Mission Drive in a C-F <br />(Commercial-Freeway) District, Pleasanton, <br />has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has examined pertinent drawings <br />documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that UP-71-26 be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the property's <br />as described in the application and any <br />attachments thereto and as shown on the <br />attached plan labeled Exhibit A. <br />2. That the applicant process this project <br />through the Design Review procedure of this <br />City. <br />3. That the maximum height to the bottom of <br />pump canopy be 13' 6" from the top of the pump <br />island slab and that the top of the pump island <br />canopy shall not exceed the height of the roof <br />line of the building. <br />4. That all parking spaces be striped and <br />bumper stopped. <br />5. That a six-inch high concrete curb be <br />installed where landscaping abuts paving. <br />6. That the applicant submit an on-site <br />lighting program for review by this department.] <br />7. That the operation of said auto service <br />station be restricted to the sale of automotive] <br />products and the service and repair of motor <br />vehicles, and that all automotive services <br />shall be conducted within the confines of the <br />building. <br />8. That trailer and equipment rentals on said <br />premises shall not be permitted and no parking <br />shall be allowed on the corner radius of the <br />property with no vehicles being permitted to <br />be parked for more than 72 hours on the premise <br />
