PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1174 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton denying Z-72-43 <br />and V-72-11. <br />EREAS, the application of Cummings and Company <br />for Franklin Savings and Loan for approval <br />of design for a sign indicating time and <br />temperature for Franklin Savings and Loan <br />at 561 Main Street, Pleasanton and for <br />a variance for said time and temperature <br />sign at Franklin Savings and Loan has <br />come before this Commission, and, <br />HEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing <br />on this application and has examined perti- <br />nent drawings, documents and testimony. <br />OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Z-72-43 and V-72-11 be denied <br />submitted without prejudice. <br />ASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 25th day of April, 1972 <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, <br />Pons, Wood and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />TE: April 25, 1972 <br />TTEST: <br />/ / <br />f © i <br />ardo J astro, Secretary o and T.
