PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1175 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton approving the removal of Lot 25, Tract 2860 <br />and Lot 69, Tract 3095, from the reservation clause <br />imposed on said lots. <br />WHEREAS, the request of Morrison Homes for removal from the <br />reservation clause of Lot 25, Tract 2860 and Lot 69, <br />Tract 3095, has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has examined pertinent aerial <br />photographs, testimony and documents, and finds that the <br />following conditions do exist: <br />i. That the reservation of Lot 25, Tract 2860 and Lot 69, <br />Tract 3095, as future streets would be detrimental to the <br />traffic circulation patterns of the immediate neighborhood. <br />2. That resulting streets through said Lots would be <br />hazardous to the safety and welfare of the children and <br />pedestrians of the immediate neighborhoods. <br />3. That the uncertain future of these lots and their <br />resultant overgrown appearance is detrimental to the <br />character of the neighborhood. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission, subject to the <br />reasons noted above, hereby releases Lot 25, Tract 2860 <br />and Lot 69, Tract 3095, from the public street reservation <br />clause, with the provision that the developer provide a <br />stub street through Lot 69 from Tanager Court south to the <br />property line, as per exhibit. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 25th day of April, 1972, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, <br />Pons, Wood and Chairman Garrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />!j <br />oward T.
