PLANNING COMMISSION
City of Pleasanton
RESOLUTION N0. 1175
A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of
Pleasanton approving the removal of Lot 25, Tract 2860
and Lot 69, Tract 3095, from the reservation clause
imposed on said lots.
WHEREAS, the request of Morrison Homes for removal from the
reservation clause of Lot 25, Tract 2860 and Lot 69,
Tract 3095, has come before this Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has examined pertinent aerial
photographs, testimony and documents, and finds that the
following conditions do exist:
i. That the reservation of Lot 25, Tract 2860 and Lot 69,
Tract 3095, as future streets would be detrimental to the
traffic circulation patterns of the immediate neighborhood.
2. That resulting streets through said Lots would be
hazardous to the safety and welfare of the children and
pedestrians of the immediate neighborhoods.
3. That the uncertain future of these lots and their
resultant overgrown appearance is detrimental to the
character of the neighborhood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission, subject to the
reasons noted above, hereby releases Lot 25, Tract 2860
and Lot 69, Tract 3095, from the public street reservation
clause, with the provision that the developer provide a
stub street through Lot 69 from Tanager Court south to the
property line, as per exhibit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton
on the 25th day of April, 1972, by the following vote:
Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira,
Pons, Wood and Chairman Garrigan
Noes:
Absent:
Abstain:
Attest: Secretary Castro
!j
oward T.
