PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1177 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton recommending to the City <br />Council the lifting of the Study District desig- <br />nation for Area B. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />has held a Public Hearing on this matter ani <br />did review pertinent testimony, reports, maps and <br />documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission does <br />hereby recommend the lifting of Study Area B from <br />the Study District and the previous designations <br />of RM-4000 and RM-2500 be returned to said parcels <br />as noted on the exhibit. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 9th day of May, 1972, by the <br />following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Wood <br />and Vice Chairman Pons <br />Noes: <br />Absent: Chairman Carrigan <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: 1972 ~ ~~) <br />At ~~ ~ ' / <br />~., - <br />~r y,~,'Z <br />cardo J stro, Secretary Eugene Pons, Vice Chairman <br />
