9. That a detailed site drainage plan be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Eng: <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />10. That no other free-standing signs exci <br />those approved under submittal and gasoli~ <br />price signs will be allowed. Nor will any <br />signs attached to any light standard be pf <br />mitted. <br />11. That the allowed gasoline price signs <br />and their locations be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for design approval. <br />12. That auto towing facilities and other <br />non-related services shall be prohibited c <br />said premises. Said condition is hereby <br />applicable to the property owner and to tt <br />lessee of said property. <br />13. That the lessee of said property is tc <br />receive a copy of these conditions, and s< <br />conditions shall be posted on the premise; <br />of the service station at all times. <br />14. That the illumination of canopy and <br />methods of sealing the flourescent lamps <br />shall be subject to the approval of the <br />Planning Director. <br />15. That the design of the on-site light <br />standards shall be submitted to this <br />department for approval by the Planning <br />Director; that said light standards shall <br />be of low-level type, and positioned in <br />such away that illumination is not visibl <br />beyond the property line. <br />16. That the applicant provide street tre~ <br />in accordance with the public works depar <br />ment. <br />17. In regard to other signing such as B1 e <br />Chip Stamps, service authorization signs nd <br />credit card signs, etc, prior to placemen , <br />they shall be submitted to this departmen <br />for approval. <br />18. Improvement plans for all public impr ve- <br />ments shall be submitted for approval by e <br />City Engineer prior to issuance of a buil ing <br />permit. <br />19. That no sign shall exceed the height f <br />the building roof line. <br />20. That said service station, if abandon d <br />for 90 days, will be removed by the prope ty <br />owner or the oil company at their expense <br />If this is not done by the responsible pa - <br />ties, the City will have the right to rem ve <br />said station with the cost being levied <br />against said property owner or the oil co - <br />pany. Also, that should another use be <br />designated for the site after removal of <br />-2- <br />
