PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1180 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton denying RZ-71-12. <br />WHEREAS, an application of Willow West Properties to <br />rezone from the existing P.U.D. (Planned <br />Unit Development) District to the following <br />P.U.D. Districts: 183.819 acres to C-R <br />(Regional Commercial) District, 65.924 acres <br />to RM-2500 (Multiple) District, 30.162 acres <br />to I-P (Industrial Park) District and 6.471 <br />acres to C-S (Commercial Service) District <br />that property described as Parcel 1-2 of <br />Lot 700 of Alameda County Assessor's Map <br />Book 941, or more commonly known as the <br />Willow West Property adjacent to and east of <br />Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, and containing more <br />or less 286.37 acres, has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held public hearings on this <br />proposed amendment and has examined pertinent <br />documents and testimony and finds that one or <br />more of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be con- <br />trary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in the <br />public interest and general welfare. <br />3.
