PLANNING COMMISSION Pleasanton, California RESOLUTION NO. 1180 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton denying RZ-71-12. WHEREAS, an application of Willow West Properties to rezone from the existing P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) District to the following P.U.D. Districts: 183.819 acres to C-R (Regional Commercial) District, 65.924 acres to RM-2500 (Multiple) District, 30.162 acres to I-P (Industrial Park) District and 6.471 acres to C-S (Commercial Service) District that property described as Parcel 1-2 of Lot 700 of Alameda County Assessor's Map Book 941, or more commonly known as the Willow West Property adjacent to and east of Hopyard Road, Pleasanton, and containing more or less 286.37 acres, has come before this Commission, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held public hearings on this proposed amendment and has examined pertinent documents and testimony and finds that one or more of the following conditions do exist: 1. That the proposed amendment will be con- trary to the spirit and intent of the General Plan. 2. That the proposed amendment is not in the public interest and general welfare. 3. That the proposed amendment creates a less equitable condition for the community than now prevails. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton hereby denies RZ-71-12 as petitioned.
