CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-315 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 5437, COUNTRY <br /> FAIR ESTATES, PONDEROSA HOMES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br /> 5437, Country Fair Estates, Ponderosa Homes, has been <br /> completed and a maintenance bond has been posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:318); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements installed in Tract 5437, <br /> Country Fair Estates, Ponderosa Homes, are hereby <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JULY 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Butler //~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> K~NN~ETH R.
