PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1182 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton denying RZ-71-13. <br />WHEREAS, an application of Title Insurance and Trust <br />Company to rezone from the I-G (General <br />Industry) District to the P.U.D.-C-R (Planned <br />Unit Development-Regional Commercial) District <br />that property described as parcels 1-8 and <br />1-9 of Block 700 of Alameda County Assessor's <br />Map Book 941, containing more or less 75.12 <br />acres, and more commonly known as the north- <br />. east quadrant of Hopyard Road and Interstate <br />#580, Pleasanton, has come before this Com- <br />mission, and, <br />.WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held public hearings on this <br />proposed amendment and has examined pertinent <br />documents and testimony and finds that one or <br />more of the following conditions do exist: <br />1. That the proposed amendment will be con- <br />trary to the spirit and intent of the General <br />Plan. <br />2. That the proposed amendment is not in <br />the public interest and general welfare. <br />3. That the proposed amendment creates a <br />less equitable condition for the community <br />than now prevails. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton hereby denies RZ-71-13 <br />as petitioned. <br />',PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />', Pleasanton on the 23rd day of May, 1972 by <br />the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Hirst, Pereira, Pons, <br />Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />I /1 // <br />Howar T.
