PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1183 <br /> A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br /> the City of Pleasanton, approving V-71-9. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Humble Oil and Refining <br /> Company for a variance to reduce the on-site <br /> parking space requirements to 8 in lieu of <br /> the required 10 for an ENCO service station <br /> to be located on the southeasterly corner <br /> of Valley Avenue and Hopyard Road in a C-N <br /> (Neighborhood Commercial) District, Pleasan- <br /> ton, has come before this Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br /> this application and has examined pertinent <br /> drawings, documents and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that V-71-9 be approved subject to <br /> following condition: <br /> 1.
