PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1185 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Pleasanton approving Z-71-49. <br />REAS, the application of Humble Oil and Refining <br />Company for design review for a signing <br />program for an ENCO service station to be <br />located at the southeasterly corner of <br />Valley Avenue and Hopyard Road in a C-N <br />(Commercial Neighborhood) District, Pleas- <br />anton, has come before this Commission, and, <br />the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />drawings, documents and testimony. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Z-71-49 be approved, subject <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the permit is granted for the <br />property as described in the application <br />and any attachments thereto and as shown <br />in the attached plan labeled "Exhibit A" <br />2. That the masonry on the monument sign <br />be changed to match the block to be used <br />on the service structures. <br />3.
