PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1186 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton recommending to the <br />City Council the lifting of the Study District <br />designation for Area A. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this matter and did review pertinent testi- <br />mony, reports, maps and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton does hereby recommend the <br />lifting of Study Area A from. the Study Dis- <br />trict and the previous designation of RM-1500 <br />be returned to said parcels as noted on the <br />Exhibit. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 13th day of June, 1972, <br />by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pereira, <br />Pons, Wood and Chairman Carrigan <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />Date: June 13, 1972 <br />Attest: <br />/ O <br />oward T. a rigan, Cha . man <br />
