PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1188 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />City of Pleasanton denying the request of <br />Brookvale Properties Company to allow an <br />Auto Supply Store in a C-N District. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Brookvale Properties Compa <br />to occupy space within the Val Vista Shopping <br />Center for an Auto Supply Store, said center <br />located at the northwest corner of Hopyard <br />Road and West Las Positas Boulevard, Pleasant <br />in a C-Td District has come before this <br />Commission, and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing <br />on this request and examined pertinent materi <br />and testimony. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the request of Brookvale <br />Properties Company to locate an Auto Supply <br />Store in a C-N District is denied for the <br />following reason: <br />1. It is the intent of the Planning <br />Commission to uphold the uses noted in the <br />Zoning Ordinance for the commercial districts; <br />said requested use being allowed only in the <br />C-C, C-R, C-S or C-A Commercial Districts. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission on the 13th day of <br />June, 1972 by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners McLain, Pereira, <br />Pons, Wood and Chairman Garrig <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Attest: Secretary Castro <br />(DATE: June 13, 1972 <br />nt+o~+. <br />oward T. a rigan, Cha man <br />
